Schools spend £1,700 per teacher per year on staff to cover absence. For a school of 50 teachers, that is £85,000. Factor in the cost of replacing a teacher; anything up to £40,000 and we are easily into six figures. Teacher Restore membership for that same school costs £675 a year at pre-launch pricing. That is three to four days of supply cover for an entire year of preventative wellbeing support for every member of staff.

The Teacher Restore app has been tested in founder schools with real teachers, and their feedback has been vital in its development. This is not a membership platform designed in theory. It has been shaped by teachers, for teachers, and the teachers who tested it told us exactly what works and what they want more of. We incorporated that at every stage.
